Guests

Guest & Occupancy Rules

Newfound Lake & Ski House accommodates a maximum of 6 overnight guests. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Day visitors are welcome provided occupancy limits are respected and all visitors follow the house rules.

The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that all guests and visitors follow the house rules throughout the stay.

Gatherings

Parties & Events

Parties, events, weddings, receptions, reunions and other organized gatherings are not permitted. The property is intended for personal vacation use by registered guests and their visitors.

Good Neighbor Policy

Quiet Hours & Neighbors

We're located in a peaceful residential lake community and ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors throughout their stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Outdoor amplified music, excessive noise, improper parking and trespassing onto neighboring properties are not permitted.

Property Policy

Smoking, Vaping & Pets

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance by the owner.

Waterfront

Beach, Dock & Newfound Lake Rules

One of the best parts of staying here is having Newfound Lake right outside the door. Please help us keep the waterfront safe and beautiful.

  • No glass on the beach, dock or near the water.
  • Rinse off sand before entering the house.
  • Use beach towels rather than bathroom towels outdoors.
  • Return kayaks, paddleboards, floats, chairs and other equipment after use.
  • Never leave watercraft or recreational equipment floating unattended.
  • Children must be supervised at all times near the lake, shoreline and dock.
Outdoor Amenities

Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Grill

The hot tub, outdoor fire pit and grill are available for guest use and should always be used responsibly. Children must be supervised around the hot tub and fire pit. Never leave a fire unattended and fully extinguish it when finished. No glass is permitted in or around the hot tub. Detailed operating and safety instructions are provided in our Guest Book.

Our Home

Caring for the Home

Please treat the home, furnishings, amenities and grounds with care. Please do not move furniture or leave wet towels, bathing suits or other wet items on floors, furniture or wood surfaces.

If something is accidentally damaged, lost, isn't working properly or appears unsafe, please let us know as soon as possible. Early notice helps us address issues quickly and prevent additional damage.

Safety

Safety & Property Use

Fireworks and explosive devices, illegal activity, commercial activities and tampering with security or safety equipment are not permitted. Please use the lake, waterfront, dock, recreational equipment, hot tub, fire pit, grill and other amenities responsibly and with appropriate care.
